Except as required under the Australian Consumer Law (see clause 1.15), refunds or exchanges are not available if you change your mind, if the product fault or defect is caused by you, or if you later find the product at a lower price elsewhere.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to all countries listed in our online store, including New Zealand and the USA. Please note that panels and trackside-only products cannot be shipped unless prior arrangements are made, which will incur additional shipping costs.

TiBills is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order, any such charges (including tariffs and import taxes) remain the customer’s responsibility.
